    Description

    This is a beautiful Soviet chess set from 1948. The very nice board has a plaque dedicated to a professor and dated 1948. The pieces have a nice patina. The knights are just awesome. One of them was cracked at one point and glued back. I would leave it as but you might decide to restore it. The set is small and not weighted but very playable. It is just a work of art.
