Once you purchase your desired items, please email us through eBay messages with your customized text information and/or an attached image file (if necessary). Acceptable image files are eps, pdf, jpg and tif... We cannot guarantee quality of images from some cell phone cameras as they are not always high resolution. Resolution of your image should be 300 DPI or higher.
You must be the owner of the image in order to print it.
Once your payment and personalization instructions are received we will email you a PDF proof of the item for your approval
(this is where you need to check that all your info is typeset correctly)
