AMOCO Nuts & Bolts Chess Set. Condition is "Used". This Chess Set was acquired in 1986. The chess pieces are made from various nuts & bolts and are in very good shape. The chessboard is 14-3/4” X 14-3/4” Acetate Sheet designed to look like engineering paper and is mounted on a thin piece of plexiglass. The Acetate Sheet shows aging and shadowing where the chess pieces stood on the board for displaying. The sheet shows some cracking about a 1-1/4” from the edge. One (1) corner shows minor folding. Originally the chess set came in an unmarked cardboard cylinder with separate chess piece bags as show in a picture.
