4-wire USB to serial converter -- This is necessary if you expect to play around with U-boot. Otherwise you can interact with the Raspberry Pi through an SSH connection
Power switch -- You'll probably be powering and unpowering your board a lot and since the board doesn't have a power switch, that means plugging and unplugging the micro USB cable. Inserting this switch between an extension cord and your power supply can make life a lot easier.

Books can be shipped media mail at a lower cost.  Larger items are shipped via UPS.  Items are usually mailed within 2 business days after receipt of a cleared payment.
