"Terms of Sale"
-Presale: All PRESALE or PREORDER products will not be shipped until we are allowed to ship them. Usually they begin shipping on the release day and continue to be shipped until all orders are fulfilled in the order they were received. But sometimes we may be authorized to ship earlier and item may arrive on the release day, but this is not a guarantee.
-Payment: Payment is due immediately. Item is not reserved until payment is received.
-Sales Tax: Items sold/delivered to Canadian Addresses are subject to sales tax (GST/HST) (i.e. For Ontario, 13% HST applies on top of the purchase price).
-Duties and Taxes: Any import duties and taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. If you do not accept the shipment and it is returned to us, it is considered a refund and is subject to the refunds and cancelations clauses below.
-Return eligibility: No returns or exchanges
-Refunds or cancellations: For any reason if there is a refund or cancelation request, where we deem there is no error on our part, may not be refunded in full. The non-refundable amount includes, but us not limited to eBay fees, payment processing fees (ie. PayPal, Managed Payments fees, payment terminal), shipping costs, and restocking fees (for opened or damaged items). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All or a portion of the shipping cost is/may be included the purchase price. We will always try our best to make it right, but please understand these fees are not refunded to us as well.
