    Description

    Four scenes of the history of Philadelphia:  Carpenter's Hall, Liberty Bell, Betsy Ross House, and Independence Hall are printed on the white silk.  The black lacquered wood handle has a string "tassel".  The fan measures 7-1/2"w x 8-1/4"h and is 13-1/4" tall with the stick.
