Vintage Topper Dawn Family Doll or Clone ~70's HTF

Description

I believe this to be a vintage Topper Dawn doll or clone just not sure which. She has Hong Kong on the back of her head and a TNT body.
She has blonde hair with no missing plugs. There's signs of  lite green on her lower cheek and under her hair line. It's hardly noticeable but should be treated to prevent it. Her outfit is home made and could use washing. Thanks
